Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to build anything illegal or harmful.
Your code
You own your code and the output Kite generates for you. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service.
Paid plans
Paid plans are currently offered under custom agreements arranged by email. Pricing, billing and cancellation are set out in that agreement.
Disclaimers
AI output can be wrong. Review changes before shipping them. The service is provided “as is”.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes before they take effect.
